Life House, a hotel management and technology company, has announced its expansion into Oaxaca, Mexico, with the upcoming management of Casa Yuma.  

This beachfront boutique hotel and restaurant is scheduled to open in Puerto Escondido next month.  

It will feature 25 rooms, a pool, a co-working space with ocean views, and a restaurant and bar serving local cuisine with traditional cooking methods. 

The hotel intends to deliver an exclusive and intimate experience, tailored to guests seeking both relaxation and adventure. 

The ownership group of Casa Yuma is spearheaded by Tim de Belloy, a French developer. 

This property marks his debut in hotel development.

The collaboration is expected to enhance the appeal of Casa Yuma, setting a new standard for boutique accommodations in the region.

The company brings its advanced management systems and industry expertise to the partnership, ensuring the hotel's profitability and ease of ownership.  

In December 2023, Life House was selected to manage three hotels in Colorado, US. 

The properties, The Nightingale Motel, High Creek Lodge, and Pagosa River Domes, are all located in Pagosa Springs.
