Hotel management and technology company Life House has been selected to manage three hotels in Colorado, US.
The three properties are The Nightingale Motel, High Creek Lodge, and Pagosa River Domes, all situated in Pagosa Springs.
This comes as part of the company’s partnership with Utah-based Elan Capital Partners.
Life House said it will use its hospitality expertise to maintain the character of each property.
It will also focus on enhancing the guest experience at the properties by creating curated and comfortable stays.
Life House CEO Rami Zeidan said: “We’re thrilled to be partnering with Elan Capital Partners and to be chosen to execute their investment thesis and vision for the guest experience.”
The Nightingale Motel is a boutique motel with 17 rooms.
It also features a dining venue called The Neon Mallard, which serves a range of dishes and beverages catering to both locals and travellers.
High Creek Lodge is a 15-acre wooded resort property with ten deluxe suites and two single rooms.
The property’s location provides guests access to nearby restaurants, local shops, hot springs, and more.
Meanwhile, Pagosa River Dome is a luxury glamping site situated along the banks of the San Juan River.
It will have 14 geodesic domes, each featuring a kitchen, bathroom, and king bed.
In May 2023, Life House was chosen to manage two independent hotels in California.
The two hotels included Hotel Royal in Long Beach and the 48-room Hotel La Rose in Sonoma County.
The same month the company was also selected to operate three boutique hotels in Texas.
The properties were Hotel Dryce in Fort Worth, The Flats at St Mary in San Antonio, and an undisclosed third property.
