Lighthouse acquires Stardekk to strengthen distribution management

Lighthouse, the commercial platform for the travel and hospitality industry, has announced its strategic acquisition of Stardekk, a channel management and distribution software provider in Belgium.

Financial terms of the deal are undisclosed.

The transaction bolsters Lighthouse's commitment to delivering a unified technology platform that drives revenue growth for hospitality commercial teams, with a particular focus on independent hotels.

The merger is set to create a technology platform that integrates Lighthouse's data and artificial intelligence (AI) with the distribution capabilities of Stardekk, offering hoteliers advanced tools for dynamic channel optimisation.

The combined offering is designed to aid real-time decision-making and improve booking conversion and revenue optimisation.
