Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group has been selected to manage Canopy by Hilton Scottsdale Old Town in Arizona, US.

This latest addition marks Lodging Dynamics' expansion into the regional market.

The full-service hotel situated in Old Town Scottsdale has 177 guest rooms.

It features a rooftop pool and bar, as well as a restaurant called Cobre Kitchen and Cocktails.

Other amenities provided at the property include a fitness centre, meeting rooms, free Wi-Fi, electrical vehicle charging, and more.

The seven-storey hotel is also situated next to Scottsdale’s Museum of the West.

It provides guests access to nearby locations such as a range of art galleries, restaurants, Scottsdale Fashion Square, and Scottsdale Stadium.

In October 2023, Lodging Dynamics was selected to manage the Residence Inn by Marriott Los Angeles/Redondo Beach Hotel in California.
