Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group has been selected to manage the Homestead Resort in Midway, Utah, the US.
This move marks the company's expansion into full-service resort management and strengthens its presence in Utah's hotel lifestyle and destination markets.
The Homestead Resort offers 125 recently renovated guest rooms along with a range of facilities including private balconies, fire pits, and patios.
It has dining venues including Simon’s restaurant and Milk House, which is an ice cream parlour and coffee shop.
The resort also offers indoor and outdoor venues for corporate as well as social gatherings.
The venues comprise 3,200ft² Garden Room along with a 5,800ft² walkout patio, 1,700ft² Timpanogos Room, 300ft² Wasatch1 and 575ft² Wasatch 2.
The property also features Golf Club and crater hot springs, among others.
The resort is located close to locations such as Soldier Hollow, the venue for the 2002 Winter Olympics and Paralympics.

The latest addition comes after Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group was chosen to manage Canopy by Hilton Scottsdale Old Town in Arizona in December 2023.
