Loews Miami Beach Hotel in South Beach, Florida, US, has announced a partnership with revenue management platform supplier ROH to enhance booking conversions and streamline its sales and financial operations.
The collaboration is set to provide the hotel's teams with improved visibility and management tools across the payment journey of contracted bookings, directly influencing the hotel's revenue.
Loews Miami Beach Hotel offers nearly 800 rooms and 65,000ft² of space for meetings and events.
The integration of ROH's platform is expected to help the hotel’s sales and finance teams by providing a custom-branded digital experience.
This experience will facilitate the swift sending and conversion of short-term contracted bookings, including contract, card-on-file authorisation, and deposit invoices.
Furthermore, the platform will enhance collaboration between sales and the credit coordinating team by providing improved visibility into the payment journey.
It will also offer management tools for real-time updates on bookings, enabling the tracking and reconciliation of invoices and reducing ageing accounts receivable.
