United Arab Emirates' Dubai-based AI-powered content platform for hotels and holiday homes Lokalee has partnered with task management platform MessageBox on a digital guest journey.
This collaboration aims to optimise the digital guest journey for Lokalee's customers, which include 200 hotel brands across 20 countries.
By integrating MessageBox's services, Lokalee offers a comprehensive solution in one platform.
Guests will have access to hotel facilities and request services such as late checkouts, wake-up calls, housekeeping and laundry.
This integration is designed to streamline operations for hotels and holiday homes, providing exposure to new partners and a unified guest experience that extends beyond traditional booking services.
The partnership also enables personalised guest offerings through preference analytics.
It further allows hotels to connect with several providers of guest services through Lokalee's API integrations.
The platform centralises local activities and services into one intuitive platform.
It has been designed for hotels and short stays and aims to simplify service management while driving new revenue streams.
Guests can use Lokalee's platform to explore and book everything.
These offerings are sourced by Lokal Curators and supported by worldwide partners.
