Mid-market hotel chain Lords Hotels & Resorts is set to expand its portfolio by acquiring a new property in Purulia, West Bengal, India.

Financial details of the deal remain undisclosed.

Due to open early next year, Lords Eco Inn Purulia will feature a range of amenities.

These include a restaurant, a rooftop lounge, and two banquet halls designed to host conferences and weddings.

Lords Eco Inn Purulia's location will easily connect to road and rail transport.

The nearest airports to the hotel are in Jamshedpur, Ranchi, and Kolkata.

This acquisition is part of Lords Hotels & Resorts' broader growth strategy in India.  

The company aims to launch more than 100 properties in the country over the next three years.

Earlier this year, Lords Hotels & Resorts signed a property in Chandigarh.

The property will offer various amenities such as banqueting and conferencing facilities, as well as an all-day dining restaurant.

Lords Hotels & Resorts' current portfolio includes Lords Plaza in Ankleshwar, Rang Lords Inn in Bharuch, Diyalo Lords Plaza in Birgunj and Pemaling Lords Inn in Dirang, among others.
