The Eden Hotel Collection has completed a refurbishment at Mallory Court Hotel and Spa in Leamington Spa, UK.
The £1.5m ($1.94m) investment has seen a complete overhaul of the hotel's 19 bedrooms in the manor house, with a design inspired by the surrounding ten acres of countryside.
This upgrade includes velvet headboards and woven cream carpets from Brintons, with the restored furniture by local French polishing specialists.
Eden Hotel Collection director Marian Cartter led the project alongside interior designer Lucy Yarwood.
The Eden Hotel Collection group managing director Mark Chambers said: “This latest investment will ensure that Mallory Court continues to provide a top quality, luxurious experience at a time when consumers are understandably seeking the best value and experiences for their money.”
The hotel also features The Dining Room restaurant, which incorporates fresh produce from the hotel's kitchen garden.
Additionally, executive head chef Keiron Stevens introduced 'Sencha', a new menu featuring an array of Asian dishes. It is available for both guests and the general public within the hotel's Elan Spa.
Mallory Court Hotel and Spa general manager Josefine Blomqvist said: “We want all of our guests to feel that calm, countryside vibe throughout their stay with us so they can create special memories together.
“As a venue, we love to celebrate our rural settings – whether that is our seasonally-led food, facilitating tours of our gardens or indulging in spa treatments at our Elan Spa – and our bedrooms are no different. They are proving really popular with guests already, and some are even taking inspiration from the décor for their own homes!”
The Eden Hotel Collection includes The Arden Hotel, Brockencote Hall Hotel, The Greenway Hotel and Spa, and Bovey Castle.
