Hotel guest experience management platform Eleanor has partnered with Mangopay to provide a bespoke payment solution for its hotel and resort clients.
This collaboration aims to enhance the transactional capabilities of Eleanor's suite of apps, which are designed to streamline guest services at high-end hotels and resorts.
Through Mangopay's payment infrastructure, Eleanor's clients can now manage transactions directly on the platform, ensuring secure and user-friendly payment processes.
This integration also presents an opportunity for hotels and resorts to generate additional revenue.
With headquarters in London, UK, Eleanor caters to luxury hospitality establishments across various regions such as Egypt, Kenya, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Zanzibar.
Mangopay's integrated payments infrastructure will enable hotels and resorts to fully manage transactions through the Eleanor platform, which is claimed to improve the security and user-friendliness of payment handling.
Eleanor CEO and co-founder Darren Caple said: “Our new integration with Mangopay elevates the Eleanor suite of apps, providing our clients with a frictionless, secure and compliant way of handling payments from within the platform. It allows them to provide an improved user experience for both their staff and guests, with the aim of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
“It also solves a fundamental issue for many of our clients in regions where there are local payment processing challenges while unlocking a potential revenue stream for our business.”
Mangopay has a history of supporting more than 2,500 platforms and marketplaces with its modular payment solutions, including a programmable e-wallet and comprehensive end-to-end payment infrastructure.
Earlier this year, OVO Network, a chalet rental provider in the Alps, chose Mangopay to refine its payment process.
