Marriott Dallas Allen Hotel & Convention Center in Texas, US, has chosen ROH, a hospitality payments and revenue management platform, to boost productivity across departments.

The integration of ROH aims to streamline the management of sales, payments, and finance, reducing the burden on back-office tasks.

ROH CEO and founder Jess Conroy said: “In an industry where efficiency and profitability are paramount, ROH is reshaping the landscape with a solution that maximises revenue potential by coupling real-time visibility with a centralised platform for organising contracts, deploying invoice schedules and customising payment options.

“Seeing esteemed brands like Marriott Dallas Allen Hotel & Convention Center identify opportunities to enhance profitability, take charge and implement new technology to support their teams sends a significant signal to the entire hospitality industry.”

The hotel features 300 guest rooms with workspaces and local artwork.

It has dining options such as the Canyon Bar & Grill, Canyon Texas Kitchen, and Provisions Grab & Go, a gourmet version of the traditional grab-and-go market.

The Marriott Dallas Allen also features the Watters Creek Convention Centre, offering 79,000ft² of meeting and event space.

Additional amenities at the property include a pool, lounge area, fitness centre, and business centre.

Earlier this month, Hotel Lincoln, a member of the JdV by Hyatt collection, also adopted the ROH platform.

This move aims to enhance booking tracking, reconcile transactions, and expedite payment processing, ensuring effective capture and tracking of card-on-file collections and authorisations.
