Hospitality cloud Mews and revenue management software provider Duetto have successfully surpassed 600 joint hotel customers.
The integration allows for dynamic pricing based on multiple factors such as demand, and competitor and occupancy rates.
The Mews and Duetto integration, which began in 2017, has been adopted by hotels of various sizes across 29 countries.
The smallest property benefiting from this partnership has just three rooms while the largest has more than 800.
Properties utilising both Mews and Duetto have reported an average revenue uplift of 6% in the initial year, with a subsequent 10% increase in revenue per available room (RevPAR).
Mews strategic partnerships VP Sara Smith said: "Duetto is a valuable partner for Mews that provides real impact on revenue, as demonstrated by hundreds of delighted hoteliers.
"We share a vision of cloud-native, agile hospitality that empowers hoteliers with smart technology, and we look forward to welcoming even more customers in the future."
The integration process is facilitated through Mews Marketplace, allowing for a quick and fee-free connection.
Duetto can access the necessary data from Mews in just a few clicks, with deployments completing 25% faster than the average property management system (PMS) integration.
This efficiency enables hoteliers to realise the benefits and return on investment more swiftly.
The two-way connection between Mews and Duetto ensures fast and accurate data synchronisation.
Duetto also retrieves guest folio data, which supports comprehensive and timely updates, as well as informed pricing decisions.
Duetto global partnerships and alliances senior director John Lingos-Webb said: "We're excited that a growing number of customers are experiencing the advantages of integrating Duetto with Mews.
"Our cloud-native solutions ensure reliability, scalability, and access from anywhere, providing hoteliers not only significant time savings and immediate revenue increases but also a tech stack that's future-proof."
