Hospitality technology company MyCONECT has announced the launch of its new platform solutions targeting hotels across South-East Asia.

The solutions are designed to improve guest experiences, operational efficiency, and overall hotel management, the company said.

These solutions can streamline staff operations, offer self-service options, and automate manual tasks.

The MyCONECT Platform will also enable seamless connections between guests, staff, and hoteliers, the company added.

It will also provide guests access to several hotel functionalities through an app.

MyCONECT CEO and founder Dong Shik (James) Kim said: “MyCONECT is an Autonomous Hospitality Platform at its core. It allows guests to self-navigate from booking to check-out in hotel properties of various sizes.”

“As digitalisation becomes a standard, hotels need to match the personalisation needs of guests with speed and ease. We designed MyCONECT to be the bridge for collaboration between products and partners.”

The company’s Staff App includes features such as real-time guest communication, staff performance analysis, and streamlined coordination.

MyCONECT automates tasks and communication to allow hoteliers to meet guest preferences, anticipate their needs, and create personalised experiences.

The company has also introduced the Valet App solution with Smart Valet integration, enabling guests to reserve spots before arrival, integrated with room charges.

The solution also provides guests the option to request vehicle standby.

MyCONECT Mobile Solution offers contactless services such as hotel booking and check-in, as well as provides hotels with the option to choose features that fit their requirements and size.

Additionally, the plug-and-play Hotel Platform Solution by MyCONECT aims to address the main challenges experienced by hotels.

MyCONECT marketing head Aishwarya Selvan said: “Traditional systems often result in inefficiencies, leading to delays in guest services, mismanagement of resources, and a dip in overall operational efficiency.

“MyCONECT's Hotel Platform Solution is designed to mitigate these challenges.”
