In a move signifying a unified future, Minor Hotels has announced the rebranding of NH Hotel Group to Minor Hotels Europe & Americas. This follows a shareholder vote at NH Hotel Group's annual general meeting.
Minor Hotels Europe & Americas will operate under a single, recognisable brand, streamlining operations and fostering a stronger global presence. This benefits industry professionals, customers, and shareholders alike.
“Adopting the Minor Hotels Europe & Americas name represents an important milestone in how Minor Hotels has become a globally recognised organisation, now under one corporate identity,” said Dillip Rajakarier, Group CEO of Minor International and CEO of Minor Hotels.
“Together, our Minor Hotels team’s shared passion and relentless pursuit of excellence will be instrumental in unlocking new business opportunities to achieve our ambitious growth targets in the coming years.”
Since 2019, Minor Hotels and NH Hotel Group have successfully combined their eight brands, including Anantara, NH Collection, and Oaks Hotels & Resorts. This collaboration has introduced these brands to new markets worldwide.
For instance, NH's established brands, NH and NH Collection, have expanded into Asia, the Middle East, and the Indian Ocean. Conversely, Minor Hotels has solidified its presence in Europe and the Americas with the opening of Anantara, Avani, and Tivoli properties.
Minor Hotels Europe & Americas currently manages over 350 properties in 30 countries across Europe and the Americas. The company plans for further growth, focusing on its upper-upscale and luxury segments. This includes adding more than 50 properties in Europe and the Americas by the end of 2026.
This rebranding signifies a new chapter for both companies, creating a stronger, more unified hospitality force under the Minor Hotels banner.
