Real estate investor Noble Investment Group has acquired Holiday Inn Express Downtown Nashville in Tennessee, US.

Situated on Broadway, the hotel is surrounded by Nashville's rich cultural scene, including live music venues, the Music City Center, Bridgestone Arena, numerous bars, restaurants, and shopping experiences.

The Holiday Inn Express Nashville Downtown is located in an area that boasts eight million square feet of office space and accommodates more than 80,000 employees daily.

The area is home to renowned sites such as the Ryman Auditorium and the Country Music Hall of Fame.

Noble Investment Group vice president Dustin Fisher said: “The Nashville market remains among the most dynamic growth markets in the country, with a highly diversified demand base across multiple segments.”

In addition to the recent acquisition, Noble celebrated the groundbreaking of the Tempo by Hilton Savannah Historic District in Georgia last November.

This new development is set to open in early 2025 and will be located within walking distance of the Savannah River and the other attractions of the Historic District's River Street.

The hotel will offer 148 tech-enabled guestrooms, including Peloton suites, and will feature the Bluestone Lane café.

The property will also feature Yar, a rooftop bar offering views of the Savannah River.

Last April, the company acquired the Hampton Inn & Suites Charlottesville - At The University.

Located next to the University of Virginia and the UVA Medical Center, the hotel is expected to undergo comprehensive upgrade across all of its guestrooms, suites, public areas and meeting places.
