Noble House Hotels & Resorts has chosen Infor Hospitality Management Solution (HMS) for its property management system (PMS).

The company will transition from its current PMS to Infor's cloud-based platform this year.

It has already implemented the system in ten properties, with 12 more scheduled for next year.

Infor provides Noble House with modern technology to streamline operations and enhance guest experiences across the latter’s portfolio of hotels and resorts.

It offers customer support, industry-specific advanced functionality, scalability, as well as reliable cloud-based applications.

Infor HMS will serve as the central hub for Noble House's hotel operations, connecting every aspect to improve guest experience.

Noble House Hotels & Resorts CEO James Colee said: “By modernising our software platform and eliminating or reducing manual administrative tasks, our team is able to put more focus on providing exceptional service for our guests.

“Infor was the right partner for us to standardise back-end business processes across our portfolio because they understand where the industry is going, our plans for the future, and our goal to make daily tasks automatic, so we can continue curating authentic experiences for our guests in some of the most popular travel destinations.”

The system is designed to employ mobile applications for guest check-in and housekeeping, customisable reporting, and optional features.

These features include revenue management, business intelligence tools, and point-of-sale solutions, which cater to the diverse and evolving needs of hospitality organisations worldwide.

Infor currently provides its services to more than 60,000 organisations across over 175 countries.
