Tech-enabled flexible living provider Mint House, in partnership with Historic Restorations, has announced the development of note by Mint House in the US state of Tennessee.
Built in 1901, the 421 Union Street building in Nashville is being relaunched this month as note by Mint House, marking Mint House's fifth property in the city.
Historic Restorations partners include contractor Andrew Eshelman, Sound Healthcare owner RJ Stillwell, Grammy-winning singer/songwriter Jason Mraz and Patrick Pocklington.
Mint House SVP of development Elizabeth Herzberg Morris said: “note by Mint House will be the perfect complement to Mint House's growing portfolio of premium, high-end apartment-style hospitality accommodations.
“The two and four-bedroom units are perfect for leisure or business groups, families and those seeking larger luxury accommodations in Nashville.”
RJ Stillwell said: “We are all excited to have meticulously restored and transformed 421 Union and we are incredibly proud to partner with the Mint House team to create this one-of-a-kind property where residents and travellers can seamlessly experience Nashville in such an authentic manner.”
This boutique residential-style hospitality property will offer five lofted units with multi-floor living spaces, private terraces and more.
Each unit, available for flexible lengths of stay, will offer a full-service kitchen, multiple bedrooms, a versatile lounge and a workspace.
Similar to other Mint House properties, this location will offer seamless integration of technology with features such as pre-stocked fridges and design-forward furnishings.
Historic Restorations created living spaces combining historical elements, modern design, updated amenities and technology as part of the building's restoration and re-imagination.
Located in Nashville's Arts District, the hotel is near locations such as Printer's Alley, the Country Music Hall Of Fame, Ryman Auditorium, the National Museum of African American Music, etc.
Guests at note by Mint House will also be able to access Mint House at the Reserve, which is located less than ten minutes away.
Nashville-based Eshelman Construction completed the project's construction, while the architectural design was executed by Daniels + Chandler.
Currently, Mint House has over 25 properties across 16 US states, with recent openings in Dallas, Birmingham, Denver and St. Petersburg in Florida.
