Dallas, Texas-based Omni Hotels & Resorts has announced the appointment of Vince Parrotta as its new chief operating officer.
Parrotta, who previously served as president of Hotel Operations of Americas at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, brings over four decades of operational experience to the new role.
As the company continues to expand its portfolio, this strategic appointment coincides with Omni's first brand update in over ten years, aimed at delivering enhanced guest experiences.
In his new role, Parrotta will be responsible for overseeing hotel operations besides brand and guest experiences.
Omni Hotels & Resorts president Kurt Alexander said: “The timing is right for us to add a COO to our leadership team as we double down on our commitment to elevating our brand and elevating the guest experience.
“Vince's tenure-leading operations for Four Seasons, with a keen focus on quality ensures, he will immediately be a key resource for our brand.”
He held leadership roles in various locations, including Scottsdale, Jackson Hole, Aviara, Las Vegas and Chicago, during his 24-year tenure with Four Seasons.
This appointment also aligns with Omni Hotels & Resorts' $1.5bn portfolio enhancement plan over the next five years and increased focus on training and service.
Omni Hotels & Resorts has 50 hotels and resorts in the US and Canada.
It offers a wide range of experiences, with 26 golf courses and 25 spas located in its various scenic locations across North America.
In May 2023, Omni Hotel and Resorts opened a golf resort, Omni PGA Frisco Resort in Texas.
