Omni Hotels expands instant group booking services across US and Canada

This extension allows event organisers to reserve group guest rooms online through GroupSync.

Omni Hotels & Resorts has partnered with Groups360 for the extension of GroupSync Instant Booking services across all Omni Hotels properties in the US and Canada.

This extension allows event organisers to reserve group guest rooms online through GroupSync, simplifying the request for a proposal-based group booking process.

Instant Booking further enables group travel organisers and planners to book from ten to 25 guest rooms online without needing to contact the hotel directly, the company said.

The new streamlined process is expected to enhance efficiency through automation and real-time access to group rates and room availability for both planners and Omni's sales teams.

GroupSync is a software developed by Groups360 that allows users to book group room blocks and meeting spaces at more than 200,000 properties worldwide.

It offers more than 1.7 million guest rooms available for instant booking and aims to improve the online booking process by providing transparency, speed, and user-friendly technology.
