Otelier, the hospitality performance optimisation platform, has announced enhancements to its business intelligence (BI) software, IntelliSight.
The IntelliSight software enables hoteliers to aggregate and analyse cross-functional data more, providing powerful insights, leading to smarter decision-making and increased profitability.
The latest updates include the integration of more than a dozen new systems in the first half of 2024, spanning accounting, property management systems (PMS), labour tracking, and guest satisfaction.
These integrations facilitate the centralisation of information from hundreds of sources, allowing for real-time insights that can drive efficiencies across hotel businesses.
The enhancement includes a revenue-focused dashboard, designed to give revenue teams a comprehensive view of their performance metrics.
This dashboard displays indicators such as pace and pickup at the rate code, channel, and geography level.
Additionally, the inclusion of expense data enables the tracking of revenue flowthrough and other profitability metrics.
It also enables revenue leaders to edit and create their own dashboards, using advanced Power BI visualisations and filtering options.
Another addition is the integrated data health centre, which allows hoteliers to audit the quality of their hotel data.
This feature helps identify data loading issues by hotel and data source and sends alerts to users to ensure quick resolution of system downtimes, integration failures, and more.
Otelier has also initiated a partner programme to foster deepened relationships with data and software providers.
IntelliSight roadmap is further set to incorporate analytical artificial intelligence (AI) models and generative AI to enhance predictive analytics, prescriptive insights, and automation capabilities.
Otelier chief product officer Niki Johnson said: “With a focus on integrations with the systems hoteliers rely on most, our team has spent countless development hours improving the capabilities, including normalizing data streams and upgrading the user interface, based on direct feedback from hotel owners and operators.”
