Ovolo Hotels has forged a strategic partnership with Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH), to enhance its presence worldwide.
This alliance covers eight boutique designer hotels in Hong Kong, Australia and Bali, enabling Ovolo to expand through SLH's sales, distribution and marketing platforms.
The integration includes Ovolo Woolloomooloo, Ovolo South Yarra, Ovolo The Valley, Ovolo Nishi, Ovolo Central, Laneways by Ovolo, and Mamaka by Ovolo.
Plans are also on to add the By Ovolo Collective in the first quarter of this year.
Ovolo Hotels distribution and revenue group director of sales Ryan Tuckerman said: “This partnership is a testament to the shared values and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences that both Ovolo and SLH have.
“The integration of our eight distinctive hotels into the SLH collection amplifies the diversity and uniqueness of our offerings, opening new and existing markets through increased sale and distribution networks. Together, we look forward to truly connecting with the independently minded traveller in our regions.”
This collaboration aims to offer travellers bespoke luxury experiences. It aligns Ovolo's properties with SLH's 'Considerate Collection', focused on sustainability and responsible luxury.
Small Luxury Hotels of the World senior vice-president Asia Pacific Mark Wong said: “The global alliance with Ovolo Hotels brings exciting prospects and elevates SLH's presence in Australia.
“Each Ovolo hotel, with its unique character, exemplifies the high standards of excellence and impeccably embodies the spirit of individual character and connects with the independently minded traveller that SLH member hotels are known for.”
Currently, SLH has more than 500 independent luxury hotels across more than 90 countries.
