SH Hotels & Resorts has unveiled plans to take over Seattle's Pan Pacific Hotel and transform it into 1 Hotel Seattle by next year.
It is located in the heart of the South Lake Union neighbourhood and near downtown, the Climate Pledge Arena, and Amazon's headquarters in the US city.
The transformation will occur while the hotel remains operational, ensuring guests continue to receive service.
Offering views of the Space Needle, the 153-room 1 Hotel Seattle aims to provide an immersive experience that honours the region's natural beauty and cultural heritage.
The grand lobby will feature a living wall and a reclaimed timber and stone stairway, setting the tone for tranquillity and serenity.
SH Hotels & Resorts is committed to creating a nature-inspired sanctuary that will combine sustainability and luxury.
