Pelican Beach Resort, a beachfront property in Destin, Florida, US, has completed renovation.
The resort's aim for luxury and comfort is said to have prompted the overhaul, which has seen enhancements to various aspects of the property.
Since 2021, Pelican Beach Resort has prioritised the structural integrity of the building, undertaking extensive waterproofing and painting.
Destin Breaks owner Yavuz Colasan said: "As we celebrate the completion of these renovations, we are excited to welcome our guests to a revitalised experience at Pelican Beach Resort.
“Our goal is to exceed expectations and provide an elevated experience for our valued guests.”
The resort's 340 beachfront rooms have also been upgraded to now feature a blend of contemporary and coastal design and provide views of the Gulf of Mexico.
Stylish furnishings and enhanced amenities have been incorporated to ensure a comfortable stay for guests, claimed Destin Breaks, owner of the resort.
The common areas of the resort have also seen a transformation, with now a newly designed lobby and a new zero-entry pool area for both children and adults.
Its fitness centre has been upgraded and now includes new exercise equipment, a steam room and sauna.
In response to the increasing number of electric vehicles, Pelican Beach Resort has installed electric vehicle chargers.
Among the other amenities provided at the property include seasonal Tiki beach bar, tennis and pickleball courts, seasonal cafe, arcade room, vending machines and gas grills, among others.
The property is also situated near tourist attractions, as well as restaurants and shops such as Walgreens, McDonalds, Target, Lone Wolf pizza, and more.
