Pivot to manage The Scarlet Hotel, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel in Nebraska

The company has been appointed by full-service commercial real estate company Goldenrod Companies.

Pivot, the lifestyle operating vertical of Davidson Hospitality Group, has been appointed by Goldenrod Companies to oversee the management of The Scarlet, Lincoln, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel.

Goldenrod Companies is a full-service commercial real estate company.

The hotel, which is in partnership with the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and situated on the Nebraska Innovation Campus (NIC), features 154 guest rooms. 

Goldenrod Companies managing principal Zach Wiegert said: “The Scarlet is a hub of modern style and innovation, bringing together a broad spectrum of travellers all seeking an authentic taste of Nebraska.

“We are excited to collaborate with the Pivot team to continue creating meaningful experiences for our guests, serving as the ideal home base for Husker fans, alumni, future students, researchers, and visitors alike.”

The Scarlet, Lincoln offers and suite and a range of dining options such as Well & Good restaurant, Good Life Coffee Shop, a lobby bar, and The Barred Owl rooftop bar.

It also has approximately 1,200ft² of meeting space.

This announcement follows the announcement in January of Pivot's appointment by KHP Capital Partners to manage the Key West Historic Inns Collection in Florida, which includes five properties.

These properties are Lighthouse Hotel, Winslow’s Bungalows, Ridley House, Ella’s Cottages, and Fitch Lodge. 

Pivot also manages the Kimpton Cottonwood Hotel in Omaha.

Davidson Hospitality Group announced eTip as its digital tipping partner in February.

The integration of eTip’s digital platform across Davidson’s properties aims to streamline the tipping process, thereby improving the overall guest experience.
