KHP Capital Partners has selected Pivot, the lifestyle operating division of Davidson Hospitality Group, to manage the Key West Historic Inns Collection in the US state of Florida.
This portfolio comprises five properties including Lighthouse Hotel, Winslow's Bungalows, Ridley House, Ella's Cottages, and Fitch Lodge.
Situated in Old Town Key West, the collection includes seven outdoor pools and two pool bar experiences.
The pet friendly Fitch Lodge offers accommodations with bath amenities, mini fridge alongside other facilities.
Ridley House features complimentary continental breakfast, afternoon poolside refresher, and more.
Winslow's Bungalows provides a resort like experience with three pools among other amenities while Lighthouse Hotel boasts of rooms with a range of modern amenities.
Ella's Cottages offers guests access to nearby locations such as Aqua Bar, Truman Waterfront Park, Nine One Restaurant & Bar, Little Pearl Fish House & Wine Bar, and more.

Pivot currently has five properties across the state.
The portfolio includes Islamorada Resort Collection in Islamorada, Curio Collection by Hilton in Key Largo, Baker's Cay Resort, and The Gabriel Miami Downtown, Curio Collection by Hilton.
Davidson Hospitality Group, Pivot's parent company, operates a total of 22 properties across Florida.
