Plusgrade, an ancillary revenue solutions provider for the global travel industry, has partnered with Leading Hotels of the World (LHW) to offer loyalty solutions.

Plusgrade's loyalty business unit, Points, will provide Leaders Club members with a wide range of options for earning and using rewards.

LHW senior vice-president and chief marketing officer Phil Koserowski said: “We are excited to leverage the expertise of Plusgrade to bring these new offerings to our Leaders Club members.

“This collaboration provides more utility to our best guests, giving them more ways to earn and use points and ultimately continue to travel the world through our global portfolio of remarkably uncommon hotels.”

The partnership enables Leaders Club members to speed up their progress towards earning rewards by purchasing points through the "Purchase Points" feature, which allows members to enjoy their luxury hotel stays and experiences sooner.

Additionally, members will be able to buy points for their friends and family, thereby enabling more flexibility in using the points.

Plusgrade founder and CEO Ken Harris said: "At Plusgrade, we deliver incredible customer experiences through products designed to elevate the traveller journey.

“We're excited to introduce innovative benefits for Leaders Club members that enhance their loyalty experience while fueling substantial ancillary revenue growth for LHW.”

For more than 20 years, Points has been aiding loyalty programmes in improving and expanding their loyalty experiences.

Currently, the Plusgrade subsidiary has over 60 partners in various industries, such as airlines, travel, hotels, retail and finance.

LHW currently has a portfolio of more than 400 independent luxury hotels.
