Hospitality management company PM Hotel Group has taken over the management of Holiday Inn Wilsonville in the US state of Oregon. 

This bolsters PM Hotel Group's portfolio in the region, which includes Canopy by Portland, Sheraton Portland Airport, Hampton Inn Portland, and Aloft Portland Airport. 

PM Hotel Group president Joseph Bojanowski said: “PM Hotel Group looks forward to applying our signature management approach to the Holiday Inn Wilsonville, enhancing its position as the only full-service hotel in Wilsonville and maximising its potential as a key player in the local hospitality market.  

“We are also pleased to further expand PM Hotel Group’s presence in the Pacific Northwest.” 

The refurbished property offers 169 rooms ranging in size from 210ft²  to 600ft², with amenities such as fibre optic Wi-Fi, mini-refrigerators, and coffee makers, among others. 

It features BooneTown Bistro and Bar, a 24-hour fitness centre, a heated indoor pool, and more. 

The hotel also features what is said to be the third-largest conference centre in Washington County, offering more than 14,000ft² of event space. 

Holiday Inn Wilsonville is positioned between downtown Portland and the Woodburn Premium Outlets. 

Situated off freeway I-5, the property further provides guests access to business regions such as Lake Oswego and Tigard. 

In January 2024, PM Hotel Group collaborated with TQP Capital Partners to explore and pursue new business opportunities. 

The partners will explore mergers and acquisitions, off-market opportunities, and new third-party management contracts.
