Preferred Hotels and Resorts adds 14 member properties to global portfolio

The 14 properties added between 1 April and 30 June include more than five new openings.

Preferred Hotels and Resorts has announced the addition of 14 new member properties to its global portfolio between 1 April 1 and 30 June this year.

The 14 properties include more than five new openings.

According to the hospitality company, these properties range from a new boutique in central São Paulo to an urban hotel in London’s financial district, and offer distinct personalised and experiences for travellers across the globe.

The properties include The Hotel Maria (Helsinki, Finland)– Legend Collection; Pulso Hotel (São Paulo, Brazil) – L.V.X. Collection; Hotel Saint (London, U.K.) – Lifestyle Collection; Wynn Palace Cotai (Macau, China) – Legend Collection; EPIC SANA Marquês Hotel (Lisbon, Portugal) – L.V.X. Collection.

Among the other properties added are Milano Verticale UNA Esperienze (Milano, Italy) – Lifestyle Collection; Only YOU Hotel Valencia (Valencia, Spain) – L.V.X. Collection; Only YOU Boutique Hotel Madrid (Madrid, Spain) – L.V.X. Collection; Pendry Newport Beach (Newport Beach, California, US) – L.V.X. Collection, Principi di Piemonte UNA Esperienze (Torino, Italy) – L.V.X. Collection; Tangla Hotel Brussels (Brussels, Belgium) – Lifestyle Collection; The BoTree (London, U.K.) – Legend Collection; The Retreat, Links and Spa at Silvies Valley Ranch (Seneca, Oregon, US) – Lifestyle Collection and Wynn Macau and Encore (Macau, China) – Legend Collection.

The Hotel Maria (Helsinki, Finland) – Legend Collection will be positioned as a ultra-luxurious property when it launches in December this year. It is made up of four buildings built between 1885 and 1930 and will have 117 guestrooms and 38 suites.

Expected to launch in September 2023, Pulso Hotel (São Paulo, Brazil) – L.V.X. Collection will feature 57 guestrooms and suites and offer amenities including Parisian-Brazilian fusion restaurant, a heated pool, gym and wellness centre.

Hotel Saint – Lifestyle Collection is located in the heart of London’s financial district and comprises 267 guestrooms and suites offering skyline views. It features a rooftop bar on the 14th floor, a gym, and a restaurant serving traditional British dishes.

Guests of the new member hotels can take part in I Prefer Hotel Rewards, which is the points-based loyalty programme of Preferred Hotels and Resorts with more than 4.5 million travellers enrolled across the world.
