Pride Hotels Group has signed Pride Elite Hotel Phaltan, its new property in Maharashtra, India, which is in line with the group’s strategy to strengthen its portfolio in the region.
The new property features 71 rooms and four suites, a multi-cuisine restaurant and a bar, a fully equipped gym, and a treatment room.
Pride Elite Hotel Phaltan also offers an industrial kitchen, which can serve between 3,000 to 5,000 meals per day.
The hotel houses a 15-person boardroom, equipped with video conferencing capabilities and a banqueting space, for 70-150 guests.
In addition, guests can enjoy traditional cooking classes and witness agricultural activities such as sugarcane processing and bullock cart rides.
This addition represents the third property for Pride in Maharashtra, after Pune and Nagpur.
Pride Hotels Group executive vice-president Atul Upadhyay said: “With the opening of our third property in Maharashtra, we remain dedicated to our ambitious goal of operating 133 hotels by 2033.
“The Pride Elite Hotel Phaltan represents our commitment to providing unique and enriching experiences through distinctive architecture, world-class culinary offerings, and thoughtfully curated amenities. We are excited to officially launch the hotel in October 2024. The resilience of our brand and the strength of our teams continue to drive our growth, supported by a robust pipeline of future hotels.”
In July this year, Pride Hotels Group collaborated with promoters Rameshwaram Hotels, marking the introduction of two new hotels under the Biznotel by Pride brand in Jharkhand, India.
