Quore relaunches Reports app to improve hotel operations

The Reports app will now deliver actionable data and trends to hotels to improve operations.

Quore has launched an updated version of its hospitality operations platform to offer its clients actionable intelligence into hotel operations.

Hotels can use the data and insights to tweak operations to achieve better customer satisfaction.

The new update to the platform includes new report options, more flexibility and enhanced capabilities, like scheduled distribution.

Quore founder and CEO Scott Schaedle said: “We are continuously improving our hospitality operations solution to evolve alongside our customers’ needs. The recreation of our Reports app to a "reporting engine" does just that.

“It evolves reporting capabilities to allow for more customisation so our customers can more easily aggregate and consume the data they put into Quore, evaluate trends and make informed decisions about the future.

“Our Reports app has always pulled specialised data to make our customers’ jobs easier, but this enhancement increases visibility, productivity and data-driven intelligence and decisions.”

The updated platform will simplify data access and visibility by providing full reports on everything within and across the properties.

It will offer previous information and analytics to help the hotels streamline maintenance and operations, monitor assets and inventory patterns and evaluate individual and departmental performance trends.

Along with recreating and streamlining current reports, Quore added new reports as well as the option to plan and distribute them.

In April, Quore announced an enhancement to its Preventative Maintenance (PM) capabilities with the addition of new options and flexibility to scheduling features.
