Radisson Hotel Group has teamed up with Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) and AXA IM Alts to announce the incorporation of a Radisson Blu hotel in the Triangle project, Paris' latest planned mixed-use hub.

This collaboration will expand Radisson’s French portfolio to 23 hotels, six of which are in the city.

Scheduled to open in 2026, the 128-room Radisson Blu hotel will span six floors of the highly anticipated Triangle project.

Designed by Swiss architects Herzog and de Meuron, the development is set to be a symbol of innovation and environmental consciousness. Its design focuses on low-energy consumption, reversibility and the promotion of low-carbon mobility.

Construction of the mixed-use hub will cost €660m ($723.7m). It is set to become the third-highest building in the city after the Eiffel Tower and the Montparnasse Tower.

Beyond the Radisson Blu, the Triangle aims to redefine urban living with a mix of offices, retail spaces, a cultural centre, a nursery, health facilities, co-working spaces, panoramic elevators, restaurants and an observatory.

Vincent Jean-Pierre, managing director at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, emphasised the project's allure.

“The arrival of a player such as the Radisson Hotel Group, more than 2 years before the opening of the Triangle, is a strong signal that demonstrates the attractiveness of this iconic project, which will offer an unrivalled experience for tourists and Parisians.”

Strategic partnerships and unique experiences

Germain Aunidas, global head of development at AXA IM Alts, highlighted the strategic significance of Radisson’s involvement, marking a key moment for the Triangle project.

“The arrival of Radisson Hotel Group comes at a key moment for the project, and re-affirms this development as an unmissable Parisian address. Radisson Blu will play a special role for Triangle users and will help the site’s occupiers and visitors to more intensely experience all the diversity that makes up Paris.”

Location and design

Situated in the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles region, Radisson said the hotel will offer unrivalled accessibility and connectivity to public transport networks. The hotel will be 20 minutes from Orly Airport and 45 minutes from Charles de Gaulle Airport.

Designed by Dion & Arles, the hotel's spaces promise a warm and unique atmosphere. From a range of room categories including standard, superior and junior suites, guests can enjoy panoramic views of Paris.
