The Radisson Hotel Group has signed an agreement with developer Knowledge Economic City (KEC) to launch two new Park Inn by Radisson hotels in Madinah, Saudi Arabia.
Located at Islamic World District (IWD), KEC, the two Park Inn by Radisson properties will collectively offer 733 keys, comprising 587 hotel rooms and 146 serviced apartments.
Through this partnership, Radisson Hotel Group is aiding in the fulfilment of KEC's “vision” to provide approximately 10,000 hotel rooms across Saudi Arabia.
This collaboration supports the objectives of the country's Vision 2030 for the tourism sector, aiming to diversify the economy and boost international tourism.
Radisson Hotel Group executive vice president and global chief development officer Elie Younes said: "As we continue to build on last year's success, this addition to our portfolio in Madinah represents a major step forward in our ongoing efforts to realise the ambitious objectives of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 for the tourism sector.

Designed to cater to both leisure and business travellers, the Park Inn by Radisson properties at IWD will feature “stylish” accommodations, international dining options, and meeting and event spaces.
Additionally, guests will benefit from access to Madinah's historical and religious sites.

Currently, Radisson Hotel Group has nearly 50 hotels in operation and under development in Saudi Arabia. The company has set a goal to increase this number to 100 hotels by 2030.
