Hospitality platform developer RedAwning has launched the Connected Stay platform, a comprehensive suite of automated communications and property device solutions.
This platform aims to provide seamless and efficient guest experiences.
The system is a fully integrated component of RedAwning’s all-in-one solution, which includes marketing, optimisation, channel management, reservations, and payments.
It enables hosts to achieve high occupancy and return on investment on bookings with minimal operating costs while delivering premium guest stays.
It centralises every aspect of property management into a single, user-friendly portal, eliminating incremental fees commonly associated with traditional software as a service (SAAS) models, thereby claiming to set a new benchmark for convenience and operational efficiency.
The platform features a unified messaging system that integrates with major travel channels through API, thereby supporting text and email communication with guests outside of channel platforms, all from a single central portal, as well as major property management systems (PMS) platforms that link to RedAwning.
It allows for fully personalised and customisable automated messaging. This includes communication right from the initial inquiry to encouraging repeat stays, with delivery automation based on preset triggers.
It also enhances team coordination by automating communications for each stay, involving cleaners, maintenance staff, and other key personnel in delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Additionally, the Connected Stay platform includes automatic settings for digital locks, compatible with leading brands such as Yale and Schlage, and digital thermostats such as Nest and Ecobee, ensuring guest comfort and energy efficiency.
RedAwning CEO Tim Choate said: “The Connected Stay was a long-term vision our tech team was able to deliver much faster than expected. As a host myself, I’ve witnessed firsthand the dramatic time savings for guest and cleaner communications, lock and thermostat management, and also a boost in guest repeat stay rates, thanks to automated post-stay communication facilitated by this technology.
“Property managers using our Connected Stay platform are creating their own new personalised communications, automatically setting their locks and thermostats to save their team time and provide energy savings for their hosts, and also managing all communications to guests across all channels in a centralised way.”
Last June, short-term rental platform Stay partnered with RedAwning to expand its offerings of professionally managed vacation rental properties across North America.
This move allows Stay’s 19,000 registered users to access more than 15,000 properties from RedAwning in addition to Stay’s portfolio.
