US-based hotel management company Remington Hospitality has expanded its technology partnership with Amadeus.
The collaboration is expected to fuel strategic growth and capture new revenue for Remington, leveraging Amadeus' global network of more than 44,000 properties.
The hotel management company, with more than 134 hotels across 26 US states, has adopted Amadeus' Demand360+ business intelligence solution.
This system provides comprehensive historical and forward-looking booking data.
The tool enables hoteliers to monitor their performance against competitors, gain insights into the origin of travellers, and receive custom alerts for significant market shifts.
This detailed insight further allows hoteliers to make informed revenue management decisions.
Remington Hospitality revenue strategy senior vice-president Gilbert Arrendondo said: “We know understanding market performance insights, rather than just relying on forecasts, is crucial in today’s marketplace.
“In order to meet the company’s aggressive growth targets, we are committed to providing our hoteliers with easy-to-use tools like Demand360+ so they can stay on top of booking trends, and gain insights across their market and their competitive sets.”
Amadeus Hospitality business intelligence and data senior vice-president Michael Yeomans said: “We are thrilled to expand our partnership with Remington Hospitality and welcome them to our growing Demand360+ programme.
“With access to the most trusted data in the industry, hoteliers will not only be able to make more data-driven decisions, but apply the insights across their business to operations, distribution and marketing to increase demand more holistically.”
Remington Hospitality already uses several Amadeus solutions including Delphi, Agency360+, HotSOS and Travel Seller Media.
This comes after Amadeus last week announced the acquisition of Voxel, an electronic invoicing and B2B payment solutions provider for hotels, travel sellers and more.
