Renaissance Phoenix Glendale Hotel & Spa in Arizona, US, has completed a nine-month renovation project.
The multi-million-dollar refurbishment has upgraded the hotel's guest accommodations, lobby, common areas, conference centre, restaurants, bars, fitness centre, pools and meeting space.
It has increased the capacity of the Atrium Hospitality-operated hotel, adding four guest rooms.
The updated 278 rooms and 46 suites now feature charging stations, a broader selection of rooms with walk-in showers, select rooms with balconies, and more.
This facelift has also introduced ten Pure Wellness guest accommodations designed to purify the room's surfaces and air using technology.
The hotel's dining experience has been elevated with the newly renovated and rebranded Desert Sage Restaurant & Bar, which offers both indoor and outdoor seating options.
For events and conferences, the hotel comprises the Media Centre Ballroom and an additional 8,000ft² of outdoor event space, including the newly created Aurora Circle.
Additional amenities at the newly renovated property comprise an outdoor pool area, fitness centre, indoor pool, and spa.
Atrium Hospitality operational strategies vice-president Steve Ator said: “For 16 years, the Renaissance Phoenix Glendale Hotel & Spa has served as an award-winning hospitality provider in the Phoenix metro area, consistently offering the comforts of home and exceptional guest experiences.
“Our hotel’s multi-million-dollar, impressive transformation reflects Atrium’s commitment to investing in communities, team members, and our guests.”
Atrium Hospitality oversees a portfolio that includes 79 hotels across 28 states, encompassing around three million square feet of event space.
In March this year, the company introduced WomenRISE, a new hotel general manager development programme for female leaders in the US.
