Rhythm Hospitality, an Indian resorts developer, has launched its latest property, Rhythm Gurugram, in Gurugram, India, Economic Times reported.
The new establishment is located near the Airia Mall. It claims to be in a strategic location, being 24km from Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi and a mere ten minutes from the Dwarka Expressway.
The hotel is designed to cater to corporate travellers, guests seeking extended stays, and leisure travellers looking for comfort and convenience.
The first phase of the property features 121 keys, including stylish rooms and spacious suites, with plans to expand to more than 250 keys within the next 12 to 15 months.
Each suite at Rhythm Gurugram offers additional living areas, which is claimed to make them a better choice for corporate and long-staying guests.
The unique selling point of the accommodations is the views of the cityscape, stated Rhythm Hospitality.
The in-house restaurant at Rhythm Gurugram serves a variety of North Indian and multi-cuisine items.
Additionally, the hotel is equipped with modern wedding and event halls, as well as rooftop spaces for sundowner events.
In May 2022, Rhythm Hospitality acquired the Aveda Kumarakom luxury resort in Kerala, India, for Rs91m ($1m), Economic Times reported.
Located in the backwaters of Kerala, offering a view of Lake Vembanad, the Aveda Kumarakom luxury resort was constructed between 2012 and 2015.
The resort features Kerala-style architecture and has a combination of studios, cottages and villa suite units.
