Ringhotels has partnered with Mews, a hospitality technology and cloud-native property management systems (PMS) provider, to further its digital transformation efforts within the German hotel sector.
This strategic move positions Mews as one of seven approved PMS options available to Ringhotels' hoteliers, aimed at optimising operations and improving guest experiences.
The partnership announcement comes as Mews reports a 93% growth in its customer base, reflecting the rapid digitalisation in Germany's hospitality industry.
Established in 1973, Ringhotels boasts a diverse portfolio of medium to upscale properties, including professional conference venues, holiday retreats, and modern wellness destinations, all with a strong regional and family-oriented character.
The partnership is particularly beneficial for Ringhotels due to Mews' automation capabilities, which streamline administrative processes and free up staff to focus on enhancing guest interactions.
Additionally, Mews' advanced reporting and analytics tools offer critical insights that can be leveraged to optimise hotel operations and boost guest satisfaction.

The collaboration with Mews is part of Ringhotels' strategy to equip independent hoteliers with efficient tools to provide locally inspired hospitality experiences.
Mews' expansion in the DACH region is further solidified through this partnership, which includes clients such as Mercure Hotel MOA Berlin and Hotel Oderberger.
Last month, Mews acquired German on-premises PMS provider HS3 Hotelsoftware, which serves more than 3,500 clients.
