The Ritz-Carlton, Abama has launched a new guest experience app

Guests using the web-based application can reserve dining and spa appointments, access digital menus and discover the resort's offerings.

In response to evolving guest expectations and the changing landscape of hospitality, the Ritz-Carlton, Abama recently launched a web-based app named STAY.

This innovative app aims to enhance every aspect of a guest's experience, providing seamless and contactless services.

Guests using the STAY web-based app can effortlessly make reservations for dining and spa services, access digital menus and explore the resort's amenities.

The STAY app offers real-time connectivity, giving guests access to daily programming, activity calendars, special events and a destination guide. An interactive resort map is also available.

Whether it's reserving a spot in the fitness centre, choosing spa treatments or requesting room service, the app covers every stage of the guest's journey.

Reduced contact and paper waste

Recognising the importance of safety and sustainability, the Ritz-Carlton, Abama's STAY app digitalises interactions and introduces paperless options.

This move not only minimises contact with high-touch materials but also contributes to a safer guest experience while reducing paper waste.

In a bid to provide guests with the space they desire, the Ritz-Carlton, Abama has unveiled its semi-private "villa club" concept. Guests staying in the Villa Club are assigned sea or garden-view rooms or suites in the two-floor Casitas, each with its own private pool.

The Villa Club caters to both adults and families, ensuring that guests can relax in a style that suits their preferences.

Digital amenities and reduced environmental impact

To further enhance the guest experience and reduce shared contact points, digital newspapers and magazines are available to all Villa Club guests. This commitment to digitisation not only enhances convenience but also aligns with the hotel's sustainability goals.

The Ritz-Carlton, Abama is renowned for its culinary offerings, including Michelin-star options from MB. Guests can now select breakfast and order dinner in-room via the web-based app, including the option to enjoy Michelin-starred dining experiences.

A range of in-room dining choices is available 24/7 through STAY.
