Rosetta Hospitality has launched its new hotel, Elements by Rosetta-Varca, in South Goa, India, marking its entry into the affordable luxury segment.
Elements by Rosetta will be launched in two phases. Phase 1 features 74 rooms while Phase 2 will introduce an additional 68 suites, resulting in a total of 142 rooms.
Rosetta Hospitality chairman and managing director Errol Fernandes said: “In our quest to establish ourselves as a leading hospitality brand within the leisure industry, we recognised Goa as the ideal location for our investment. Goa’s unique blend of pristine beaches, vibrant culture, and thriving tourism industry makes it an attractive market for both business and leisure.
“The hotel, a five-star property, serves a diverse clientele, including corporate groups, wedding parties, and leisure travellers, making it a perfect addition to our portfolio.”
Elements by Rosetta offers room sizes ranging from 400ft² to 600ft², with some featuring either a bathtub or an outdoor jacuzzi.
Dining options at the property include Cucina Rosetta, Collins Bar-By-the-Pool, and Rosetta Engage, an all-day dining restaurant.
For events and business meetings, the property features a 4,000ft² grand ballroom, a 5,000ft² outdoor lawn, and board rooms.
It also boasts a range of amenities such as a swimming pool with a dedicated children's area, a family activity centre, a gym, and a spa.
Rosetta Hospitality added that it plans to expand its offerings with Collins De La Mer, a three-storey beachside cottage along Varca.
The latest move follows the acquisition by Ferns Estates, operating under the Rosetta Resorts and Holiday Homes brand, of a 75-room luxury hotel in Goa for Rs1.75bn ($20.97m).
