RTS Investments Group has entered a new agreement with Marriott International to rebrand and operate its Business Bay Hotel in Dubai, UAE.
As per the terms of this agreement, Business Bay Hotel is set to become the Renaissance Business Bay Hotel, Dubai, and will join the Marriott Bonvoy portfolio in the second quarter of the current year.
The hotel will continue to remain fully operational for guests and visitors during the transition.
The rebranding to Renaissance Hotels, a brand of Marriott International, aligns with the property's commitment to providing ‘beyond traditional’ hospitality experiences to guests and travellers.
Renaissance Business Bay Hotel, Dubai will also connect guests with the Business Bay neighbourhood through curated design and local discovery.
In a press release, Zawya quoted Business Bay Hotel general manager Andrea Strim as saying: “Our property in Business Bay, Dubai, will operate under the Renaissance Hotels portfolio, and continue delivering sophistication and cultural exploration in this vibrant city.
“As we begin the partnership with Marriott International, we look forward to continuing our journey to provide bespoke hospitality in the heart of Dubai.”
RTS Investments Group’s Business Bay Hotel is located in the South of Downtown Dubai, along the Dubai canal waterfront.
The 20-storey hotel features 251 guest rooms and suites, including superior, deluxe and club rooms as well as junior suites, one-bedroom suites and a royal suite.
Other amenities at the hotel include a health club, a spa, an outdoor swimming pool, a pool bar and multiple meeting rooms.
Marriott International Middle East chief operating officer Sandeep Walia added: “Business Bay continues to grow as a key residential and commercial hub within Dubai and we look forward to strengthening our portfolio within the district with the opening of Renaissance Business Bay Hotel, Dubai.”
