Business property adviser Christie & Co has concluded the divestment of the Seamill House Hotel in North Ayrshire, UK.
Hotel operator Suraj Thapa has now acquired the boutique hotel, which has been under the same ownership for the past decade.
The financial details of the deal remain undisclosed.
The hotel, situated in the heart of Seamill village, houses nine bedrooms and offers views over the east coast of the Firth of Clyd.
Christie & Co Associate Director Tony Spence said: “We are delighted to announce the off-market sale of the Seamill House Hotel in Seamill. This is the second sale on the same street within the last 12 months, with Christie & Co having sold the neighbouring Seamill Hydro Hotel for the Sweeney and Kyle families back in October 2023.
“This demonstrates that there is an appetite to acquire great businesses within this area of Scotland.”
Earlier this month, Christie & Co listed The Crowne Plaza Felbridge Hotel in Gatwick, London, for sale.
This hotel offers 116 en-suite bedrooms equipped with free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs and also offers various amenities such as meeting spaces, an indoor swimming pool, and a spa.
