Global hospitality technology provider Shiji has announced the integration of its ReviewPro data into its property management system (PMS) dashboards.
ReviewPro is a guest intelligence solution that enables hotels to gather and analyse guest satisfaction scores and feedback across hotel chains, individual properties, or specific guest stays.
The integration of ReviewPro data into Shiji Enterprise Platform PMS dashboards is intended to streamline hotel operations.
This move is designed to empower hotel front desk teams by providing them with real-time insights into guest satisfaction, preferences, and feedback.

Last week, Langham Hospitality Group deployed the Shiji Enterprise Platform PMS across its hotel portfolio.
Shiji currently offers its services to more than 91,000 hotels, 600,000 retail outlets and 200,000 restaurants.
