Hospitality technology solutions provider Shiji has launched Shiji Content Hub, a comprehensive content distribution platform.
It is designed to assist accommodation providers in managing and automating their content dissemination and aims to centralise content management, reduce manual errors, and streamline the distribution process across various channels.
It sources, curates, manages, and automates the distribution of all content fields, including visual, textual, amenities, facilities, taxes, and policy content.
It features multi-source import and integration, allowing for hotel merchandising beyond rooms.
It also provides a user-friendly experience in six languages and enables content distribution in 12 languages.
The one-click distribution feature across channels, with smart reports and dashboard analytics, is expected to further optimise content management for hotels.
This platform is said to have the capability to manage more than 2,000 attributes for onsite and offsite amenities.
Shiji Distribution Solutions Product vice president Joe McMahon said: “Shiji Content Hub is a game-changer for content distribution in hospitality. By providing a single source of truth for all content, we enable hotel brands to maintain consistent and accurate information across all channels, saving valuable time and reducing errors."
Last month, Shiji teamed up with Lighthouse, a commercial platform for the hospitality sector.
The partnership is designed to improve operational efficiency for hoteliers.
