Hotel technology solutions provider SHR has partnered with hospitality management software provider Cloudbeds to enhance hotel operations.
The collaboration will integrate SHR's Allora CRS with Cloudbeds' platform, offering comprehensive solutions for hoteliers to streamline operations and improve guest experiences.
SHR said the partnership is set to create a new benchmark in hospitality technology.
By combining expertise, the companies will provide hoteliers with enhanced solutions to help optimise revenue and streamline operations.
This move will enable hoteliers to manage reservations, property operations, and revenue strategies within a single, unified system.
SHR chief commercial officer Heinrich Kessler said: “We are thrilled to partner with Cloudbeds in bringing a new level of innovation to the hospitality industry. This collaboration represents a commitment to providing hoteliers with cutting-edge technology that simplifies their operations and enhances overall efficiency.”
Furthermore, hoteliers utilising both Allora CRS and the Cloudbeds platform will experience real-time data synchronisation. This ensures all operational facets are consistently updated and accurate.
Cloudbeds partnerships vice-president Sebastien Leitner said: “Teaming up with SHR and integrating the Allora CRS (Windsurfer) into our platform aligns with our mission to provide hoteliers with the tools they need to succeed in today’s dynamic hospitality landscape.”
Cloudbeds recently partnered with Amadeus, which offers software solutions for the global travel and tourism sector, to help revolutionise the hotel sector.
This collaboration is set to boost hotels’ distribution capabilities through the integration of Cloudbeds’ property management system with Amadeus iHotelier’s central reservation system.
