All-inclusive resorts are becoming increasingly popular, and Accor is looking to capitalise on the demand with its new platform.

French multinational hotel company Accor has launched a new digital discovery and booking platform.

The ALL Inclusive Collection platform is built on the “all-inclusive, all-exclusive” concept developed by Accor's Rixos brand, which offers premium and varied experiences across the food, drink, activities and entertainment sectors. All culinary and leisure experiences are included within a single booking and payment.

The service allows guests to explore and book over 30 resorts from brands including Rixos, SO and Swissôtel. Accor plans to expand the options available on the platform to over 50 resorts over the next three years, including Hyde, Mondrian, Fairmont and SLS.

Gaurav Bhushan, Co-CEO of Ennismore, another brand in Accor's portfolio, said: “Building on the incredible success of Rixos led by its founder, Fettah Tamince, the launch of ALLInclusive-Collection.com comes at a time when demand for all-inclusive stays is stronger than ever.

“By leveraging this demand and curating the best resorts from leading brands, ALL Inclusive Collection is set to be a global market leader in the luxury all-inclusive business, with a strong pipeline globally.”

Accor has seen massive growth in the past few years, including opening its first property under the Pullman Hotels & Resorts brand in South Africa in September 2023.

The company also opened its first luxury hotel in Panama in early 2023, the Sofitel Legend Casco Viejo, and the first Raffles hotel in North America in mid-2023, Raffles Boston Back Bay Hotel & Residences.

The ALL Inclusive Collection announcement constitutes the most recent development in Accor’s growth. The company’s expansion is reflected in its active roles worldwide, which GlobalData analytics show have seen a 173% increase between January 2022 and August 2023.

The new platform will launch with resorts in destinations including Turkey, Egypt, Dubai and Croatia. It will include Rixos Qetaifan Island North, Doha; Rixos The Palm Hotel & Suites; SO Sotogrande; Rixos Premium Belek and the Heritage Grand Perast by Rixos, Montenegro.

Accor expects the platform to grow and plans to add at least ten more resorts over the next eighteen months, including Swissôtel Sharm el Sheikh, with 1,350 rooms, and Hyde Bodrum, an adults-only experience with 211 rooms.
