Social Hotel, a four-star hotel in Dubai, UAE, has deployed hospitality solutions provider IDS Next's FX full-stack cloud solution, aiming to boost efficiency in its operations.

The cloud-native enterprise resource planning (ERP) system is designed for the modern hospitality industry and is hosted on Microsoft Azure, ensuring secure operations.

With the implementation of IDS Next’s cloud solutions, Social Hotel aims to meet the expectations of Gen Z and millennials, who are its primary audiences.

The FX full-stack solution offers a suite of capabilities that integrate seamlessly across all hotel operations.  

It includes a “user-friendly” mobile interface that provides access to check-in and check-out, reservations, housekeeping, guest services, and point of sale (POS) operations.

This is expected to enable hotel employees to efficiently manage operations and respond to guest needs promptly.

In addition, IDS Next's FX Pulze data management application provides hotel management with detailed insights for informed decision-making and strategic planning.
