Business property adviser Christie & Co has brought to market South View Lodges, a resort in the Devonshire countryside in the UK.
Current owners Andrew and Jill Taylor have decided to put up the business for sale as they shift their focus to other interests.
This marks the first time the property has been on the market in 15 years.
South View Lodges is situated within six acres of woodlands and lakes, four miles from Exeter City Centre.
All six lodges at South View offer amenities that include an open-plan kitchen, a wood-burning stove, and living rooms that lead to private balconies.
These balconies feature sunken hot tubs with views of the surrounding lakes.
The property also offers activities such as alpaca experiences and fishing in any of the three lakes on the property.
Christie & Co business agent Matthew McFarlane said: “The site is luxurious, beautifully looked after and in a peaceful setting overlooking the three lakes. This is a great site for a new owner to be able to take over a well-established and highly regarded, profitable holiday lodge business.
“With a five-star rating on TripAdvisor, guests really show appreciation for such a lovely place. This business is perfect and ready for a new owner to take over and start operating without further capital expenditure.”
The latest development comes shortly after Christie & Co and joint agent Savills sold its three-hotel portfolio in Italy to CHC Holding.
The three sold properties are Holiday Inn Naples, My One Hotel Bologna, and Hotel Villa Ducale Parma.
