Spree Hospitality, a subsidiary of online travel platform EaseMyTrip, has announced the signing of a new Nagpur-based hotel that will open by the end of next month.

The hotel, called ZiP by Spree Hotels Orient, is located with major bus terminals nearby, enhancing its appeal to a wide range of guests.

ZiP by Spree Hotels Orient is poised to offer 42 guest rooms, merging comfort with modern amenities to meet the requirements of business and leisure travellers.

The hotel will also provide five versatile banquet halls, catering to intimate gatherings to large-scale conferences and celebrations, with capacities ranging from 50 to 350 guests.

The new property will feature Treat, an on-site multi-cuisine restaurant, aiming to redefine the culinary experiences for its guests.

In June 2023, Spree Hospitality expanded its portfolio with the opening of a new property in Annavaram, Andhra Pradesh.

The Spree One Resort and Convention offers 34 guest rooms, a multi-cuisine restaurant, and a lawn area for leisure. Additionally, in the same month, the company launched Zip by Spree Hotels Morjim in Goa.

The company operates more than 30 hotels, clubs and guesthouses across India.
