Spree Hospitality, part of online travel company EaseMyTrip, has increased its presence in southern India by opening a new property in Annavaram, Andhra Pradesh.

The newly launched Spree One Resort and Convention features 34 guest rooms.

The facility also boasts a multi-cuisine restaurant and a lawn area for leisure.

It will offer guest access to recreational facilities such as a swimming pool, outdoor badminton, a kids' play area, an amphitheatre and indoor games.

Spree One Resort and Convention also features a 19,000ft² convention hall for hosting weddings and other special gatherings.

The property is located near the Annavaram bus stop and railway station, thus offering tourists from different areas easy access.

In addition, the resort is near regional airports, with Rajamundry Airport just 72km away and Visakhapatnam Airport 110km away.

Earlier in May, Spree Hospitality signed an agreement to open a new hotel, Zip by Spree Hotels Morjim, in Goa.
