Spree Hospitality signs new resort in Madhya Pradesh, India

Spree Maati Jungle Resort is the fourth addition to Spree Hospitality's portfolio of resorts located near tiger reserves.

Spree Hospitality, a subsidiary of travel platform EaseMyTrip.com, has signed a new property, Spree Maati Jungle Resort, in Bandhavgarh, Madhya Pradesh, India.

Slated to open by October 2024, this property is the fourth addition to Spree Hospitality's portfolio of resorts located near tiger reserves, which includes properties in Corbett, Sariska, as well as Ranthambore.

The resort will feature cottages with private pools and gardens and will house a poolside multicuisine restaurant named Feast, with a capacity to serve up to 40 guests.

It will include a mini-theatre with a seating capacity for 15 guests, a children's play zone, and a swimming pool that comes with an attached kids' pool.

Additionally, Spree Maati Jungle Resort will be an eco-friendly sanctuary, with nearly 2,000 trees.

Spree Hospitality COO Sagar Khurana said: “This property is designed to offer a unique blend of luxury and nature, making it a perfect destination for both leisure and business travellers. We look forward to welcoming our guests to experience the exceptional hospitality that Spree is known for.”

In June, Spree Hospitality signed a hotel in Nagpur, named ZiP by Spree Hotels Orient.

This 42-room hotel will offer five banquet halls, with accommodation capacities ranging from 50 to 350 guests, and an on-site multi-cuisine restaurant.

The company’s current portfolio of properties includes Spree Shivai, Spree Hotel Aurangabad, ZiP by Spree Hotels Bhopal, Spree Hotel Agra, ZiP by Spree Hotels Gangtok, and more.
